ALBIES IN THE NEWS

Veritas 2012

Tuesday 20/05/2025

This edition of Veritas celebrates the achievements of our community. We recognize Woman of the Year Mrs. Rosemary Currie, the Beatle Award recipient Michael ‘Choco’ Brent, and Ellis Nestdale Award winners Geoffrey Rydon and Michael Leahy.

We highlight alumni achievements from Joanna Newton (2008–2011), a University Medallist, and Emma Gillogly (2007–2010), an Australian Women’s 7’s rugby player.
Additionally, we share updates on births, marriages, and passing alumni, along with a special feature on our scholarship recipients.

Don’t miss the profiles of Robert Ward (1989–1993) and Craig Webster (1980–1982).

As we look back on these milestones, we are encouraged to continue supporting and celebrating one another’s successes. Stay connected with us to share in the ongoing achievements of our students, alumni, and staff, and to contribute to the legacy of excellence at St Albert’s College.
