St Albert’s College operates under the sole membership of the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Armidale and maintains a strong affiliation with the University of New England (UNE). Governance is overseen by the St Albert’s College Board, established in December 2014, which is responsible for guiding the College's overall development and strategic direction. The Board is composed of six members, five of whom hold voting powers.

Bénédicte has taught in primary, secondary, tertiary and adult educational institutions for over ten years. She has been head of a languages faculty and recently co-founded a tutoring agency with a focus on Classical Christian education. Informed by her personal experience of university and college residential life, Bénédicte wants to see Saint Albert's students realise their formative years fruitfully.
